Patient Information for Your First Dental Appointment
We believe that providing key patient information regarding our policies and practices will help you feel more comfortable and prepare for your first dental appointment at our Austin office.
Patient Forms
In our effort to reduce our carbon footprint, all new patient forms will be filled out in the office on an iPad. This process takes about 5 minutes and is completed upon arrival for your appointment.
For those who are joining our family of patients, it might seem out of the ordinary to be scheduled for a 60 plus-minute new patient visit with the dentist. This time is reserved especially for you to ensure that you can receive a thorough dental examination and consultation with a Doctor. We look forward to getting to know you, and to talking with you about your oral health and expectations for your smile. Our goal is not only to take care of our patients’ dental needs, but also to get to know each person by name and treat them like we’d want our own family to be treated. We look forward to seeing you smile!
Scheduling
We strive to run on time so you won’t be kept waiting, and we ask you to arrive for your appointments on time as well. We understand that you are busy, and your time is valuable to us. Our doctor only deviates from his schedule in the event of dental emergencies that need to be taken care of immediately. For your convenience, we use an email service to remind you about your upcoming appointments.
Once we have decided on a solution for your needs and wants and have worked out financial arrangements, we will do everything we can to serve you most appropriately. In many cases, we can complete most or all of your dental treatment in one visit!
Should you need to change or reschedule a reserved appointment time, please call at least 48 hours in advance so that another patient can be seen sooner.
